Beware of the Steam Chamber
The steamer itself warmed the towels well HOWEVER the steam chamber is plastic and after 6 non consecutive uses the bottom has cracked & I'm afraid that after a dew more uses I will be unable to hold towels due to the entire middle is about to fall out. Also once the timer runs out you only have about another 15 min. Or less for towels to stay warm unless you add more water to re-warm the towels. NOW when it does warm the towels in the beginning you will need tongs to get the towels. It's a great concept without spending more money on a towel warmer but would be better IF the steam chamber wasn't plastic..
