Guarantee
Boss Beauty Supply has been supplying towels and apparel to the beauty industry since 1994!  We guarantee everything we sell.  If any item is not to your satisfaction, then simply contact us to return defective or unused products within 30 days for a credit, refund, or replacement. We cannot take back any washed, worn, or special order items. Shipping charges are not refundable.  We can be contacted at 1-800-600-5222 or orders@bosssupply.com.

Price Policy
Boss Beauty Supply offers the most competitive prices in the industry.  Although we make every effort to maintain prices, we reserve the right to change prices and correct errors.

Same Day Shipping

Because we maintain one of the largest inventories in the industry, most orders are shipped within 24 hours after they are received. Special order items can take up to 2 or 3 weeks.

Backorders

Although every attempt is made to ship each order complete, occasionally we find it necessary to backorder an item so you can receive your order as quickly as possible. When a backorder occurs, the backordered item will be shipped to you as soon as it is received by us at no additional charge. We absorb any additional freight charges for the backordered items.

Special Order Items

We are constantly adding new items to our extensive inventory. If you do not see an item in our catalog, just call and ask one of our sales representatives about the availability. If we do not have the item you are looking for, we can special order most items for you. Please be aware that special ordered items may take up to 3 weeks to receive and cannot be returned. All special order items must be paid for in full at time of order.

Damage/Shortage

We must be notified within 3 days after receipt of any damaged or missing merchandise from your order. No claims will be honored after that time.  Customer is responsible to examine each box upon receipt for damage.  Any box that appears to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery and returned to Boss Beauty Supply by the delivering carrier.  Hidden damage must be reported to us within 24 hours after receipt.  Please keep all boxes and packing materials if hidden damage is found.

Method of payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Cards, and PayPal as payment for internet sales.

Towels
We are one of the largest suppliers of towels in the industry and we receive new shipments regularly. Due to the nature of the towel industry, we cannot guarantee that all colors are always available, but we do our best to assure you of the largest selection of colors in the country. If a color you need is not in stock, your sales representative will be happy to suggest a similar color.  Washed or used towels cannot be returned, except for manufacturer's defects.
