Returns Policy

If any product is not to your satisfaction, just return it to us within 30 days of purchase. All returns, except manufacturer defects, must be unused with original packaging and in original, salable condition. Used or washed merchandise is not returnable. To return any item, just call one of our sales representatives for a return authorization number. Returns without prior authorization may be refused. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue your choice of credit, refund, or exchange. Some items are subject to a 20% restocking charge after inspection. Special order items are not returnable. Any item returned without original packaging will be charged a 25% re-pack charge. (Furniture is not returnable unless approved by the manufacturer with all restocking charges passed to the customer).  Customer is responsible for returning the product to Boss Beauty Supply after obtaining an RA number.


When you buy from Boss Beauty Supply, you have no hidden costs. Freight charges are determined by weight to your location. All orders are shipped UPS ground, FedEx ground or USPS.  In the event that an order is refused, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  In addition, all orders are subject to a $2.99 handling fee.

Due to the automatic internet processing of orders, some items may require additional shipping fees.  If your order does not calculate the correct shipping charge, you will be contacted by one of our sales representatives with the actual shipping charges.  You may decline the charges and your order will be cancelled or you may accept the charges and we will complete the processing of your order.  Many of our furniture items CANNOT be calculated for shipping properly via the internet.  Boss Beauty Supply will calculate the proper shipping charges and notify you for approval before processing your order.
