Boss Beauty Supply welcomes international orders, however we require that orders must be a minimum of $500 USD. Orders below the $500 USD minimum will be canceled and refunded. (*Orders shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico are exempt from the $500 minimum).
Our website is unable to accurately calculate shipping charges for orders outside of the continental United States, so a $35 shipping fee will be added automatically at the time of placing your order. However, in many cases, the shipping fee for orders outside of the continental US is greater than the $35 charge. Therefore, your order will be assembled, and a shipping charge will be calculated to determine the actual charge for your shipment. Once that charge has been determined, we will provide you with the cost for your approval. If approved, we will then require the balance of the shipping costs to be paid via credit card or PayPal and your order will be processed. Should you decide to cancel your order at that time, a full refund will be issued for all monies paid.
When placing an order for shipping outside of the continental US, the recipient is fully responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country and for any customs, duties, and taxes or other fees that may apply to the shipment. Boss Beauty Supply has no control over these charges, nor can we calculate, determine or advise as to what those charges may be. It is the customer's responsibility to contact your country's customs office for more information.
Returns and exchanges are available for international orders. All shipping charges for international orders are non-refundable and any order that is refused for any reason will have the shipping charges deducted from any refund.
